“ Food was ok, pizza was way to greasy. Ordered drinks from the bar they were made wrong. Asked for no ice and was ice in the drinks. Service from Shelly was perfecto. She was very polite and kept apologizing about the drinks. Her whole demeanor an attitude is what made us stay. Great server!!! ”

Every time I enter the restaurant I am greeted with a smile and eager employees. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The pizza, wings, and salads are our favorites. Honestly, we stick to what we like so wevhave only tried a fraction of the menu. The service that I have received each time has been flawless. The employees are friendly, organized, and ready. “ Pizza is always good. One of The best Ive had in CharlotteMint Hill. Unfortunately i had witness one of the ladies who work in the front be rude to 2 customers. That is unfortunate to not have friendly customer service base employees. They are the 1st impression of a Business. This was my first time here to pick up pizzas and that was not the experience I thought i would have. I will give this location another try but the front desk lady who seem to have some type of management authority, needs to be trained on how to service customers. No smiles, no welcoming vibe, no apologies, no eye contact when she spoke. That is just rude. ”

We also got a large pizza, half was Classic White and the other half was the Four Cheese. Both were very good. Looking forward to trying some of the other items.
